PRE-WORK

Getting to know you

You will receive a Brand Strategy workbook. Working through this will help develop creative clarity and allow you to think through some things that you may have not yet considered at this stage.

You will also get access to a digital collaborative inspiration board.

KICK-OFF

Let's get clear

From the pre-work, we will kick-off the project through an interview. We will dig deeper, and get clearer on your brand and goals.

WEEK 1 — DAYS 1-3

Ideation and presenting concept

You will receive one fully developed identity concept*, presented through real-world mockup applications, along with a suggested color palette and font selections to help you imagine the brand fully activated and inspire future possibilities.

Because color is often subjective, alternative palette directions are commonly explored.

*Additional concepts are available but increase the investment.

WEEK 1 — DAY 4

Give your input

Revisions are included, but must be accomplished in day 4 and 5 of the sprint. This includes alterations, or variations. An overhaul of the concept requires additional fees.

WEEK 1 — DAY 5

Refining and finalizing

Based on the input, we will finalize the logo suite, the color palette, font choice, and basic secondary elements (like pattern or treatment).

Mini style guide developed and branding assets packaged

Based on approved brand identity, we will develop a simple style guide that explains logo usage, color management for digital and print, as well as font specifications and application examples.

WEEK 2 — DAY 2

Website wireframe and collaborative content outline

We will map out the bones and content of the website in the form of a live, in-browser wireframe.

WEEK 2 — DAY 3

Structure and content outline refinement

Together, we will flesh out the content. Sharpe Creative will include suggested headlines, topic strategy, and general amount of body copy per section.

You know your business, and will help flesh out the copy details, with Sharpe Creative helping to refine.

The site will also be built in a way that makes it easy for you to update content later.

WEEK 2 — DAY 4

Finalize wireframe

Approve the content and structure of the site.

WEEK 2 — DAY 5

Design and develop homepage in Webflow

Based on approved wireframe, at the end of Week 2, you will receive a fully fleshed out homepage.

Approve homepage and create additional pages

Based on approved wireframe, at the end of Week 2, you will receive a fully fleshed out homepage.

WEEK 3 — DAY 4

Finalize the site, purchase Webflow hosting, and connect the domain name

We will set up your Webflow dashboard, transfer the site, help you get hosting and connect your domain name.

Training Videos

WEEK 3 — DAY 5

Hand-off and launch the site

We will publish the site live on your domain. The sprint is over, your brand is live, but I won't leave you hanging!

Sharpe Creative will record and supply you will Loom training videos explaining how to manage your site and update content.
